We offer a 30-day return policy on unused goods. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact us at team@theuntamedapparel.com with your name and order number for a return label. Exceptions include sale items, and custom orders. For exchanges, return the item and make a new purchase.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at team@theuntamedapparel.com with photos of the issue and your order number for a quick resolution.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
